Vision

To develop as many community relationships as possible with local farmers in order to provide gleaning/harvesting opportunities for area food banks and pantries. In addition, we want to be able to work with area ranchers who are willing to donate meat products to the community as well.

Due to our increasing intake of fresh produce from our generous community farming partners, we are beginning to be in need of more resources. Just a few items on our new “Resource Wish List” are:

• For our larger gleaning/harvesting projects, a minimum of 300 volunteers which will help us glean more and leave less
• Refrigerated Trucking to properly tranport our fresh produce which enables it to last longer for the people we serve
• Warehouse with refrigeration and freezer capabilitie
