Our time, is one of the greatest gifts we can share. Volunteer Network OC– and using its app, have allowed me to coordinate my availability and search opportunities to give my time and talents, while easily viewing organizations in need and the specifics of what help they are requesting on posted dates and times. Such a super way to get more of us involved in giving back.

I downloaded the app less than a year ago. It was super easy to install and even more easy to navigate once I opened the app. Being able to see all the volunteer locations in Orange County is awesome! I enjoy volunteering and this app makes it easy. I want to press the “easy” button!

I learned about the Volunteer Network OC app through a friend. A simple search in the Apple App Store located the app and the free download took only a few seconds. Once downloaded, I registered to become a volunteer. It was simple and only took a minute or two. My daughter and I have volunteered for two events. It is easy to review the options available to you and then to volunteer to serve with just a couple of clicks. Even when not feeling the need to volunteer, I often open the app and scroll through the events to see if anything calls out to me. When I see something I really like, I volunteer. It’s great!

I recently downloaded the VNOC app and really like how easy it is to use. I also like the fact that I can search for volunteering opportunities, conveniently find them in various Orange County locations, and sign up immediately. I enjoy volunteering, but in the past it was not easy to find places to offer my time.

The App “Volunteer Network OC” is so easy to use. Even though I’m way over 10 years old, it was really easy to install on my Android! It tells when and where there are events to volunteer for.

Our family signed up through VolunteerNetworkOC to help out at Isaiah House on Sunday, 12/22. We were warmly greeted by Leia who lives at the house. She and her husband run an efficient house and she is committed to women’s issues. At 8:30 a.m., the gates were open and people flooded the courtyard in an organized manner thanks to Charles. We were in charge of distributing the hats, gloves, and scarves to the people on their way out. A majority of the patrons were ever so grateful and said thank you and God bless you. What they are doing for the community is amazing and we were thankful to participate in this event. My family and I will definitely return in the future to volunteer again.

VNOC’s user-friendly app is so easy to use, even for those of us who are ‘technically challenged’. With a variety of volunteer opportunities, I am able to find days and times that fit my schedule, organizations that need my help and read details of the events, all with just a couple of finger strokes. When I click on the “Volunteer” button, the organization is notified that I will be there. They can now email me with any further information. It is an easy and convenient app, not only for the volunteers, but also for the non-profit organizations. I will continue volunteering, not only because my life is enriched, but knowing that, no matter how small, I can make a difference in someone’s life.

My husband, our daughters, and I used the Volunteer Network OC app to volunteer at Isaiah House. We were in the kitchen first and then handed out the food. It was a great experience and we look forward to helping out again.
